At Idha Skin, Hair & Laser Clinic, a venture of Idha Clinics, we do not ship or courier medications to patients.
Patient Responsibility for Medication Delivery
If you wish to obtain medications from our clinic:
- Logistics and delivery arrangements are entirely the responsibility of the patient or the concerned party.
- You may use any available courier, delivery partner, or service provider of your choice.
- The clinic is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays
- Damage during transit
- Loss or misplacement of parcels
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the patient
Pickup Option
You may choose to personally collect your medications or send someone on your behalf during clinic working hours.
