Rescheduling of Appointments
- Appointments may be rescheduled based on doctor availability or the availability of the concerned staff.
- Rescheduling is subject to time slots and service availability.
- We recommend informing us at the earliest for any changes to avoid delays.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Once an appointment is confirmed and payment is made – either via our website or through WhatsApp payment links – no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Payments made for consultations, treatments, packages, or follow-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you are unable to attend the appointment, the session may be rescheduled (subject to availability) but refunds will not be processed.
Appointments Booked Through External Platforms
If you book an appointment via Practo or any other third-party platform:
- Their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
- Idha Skin, Hair & Laser Clinic will abide by the Terms & Conditions of the respective platform.
- Any refund queries must be directed to the platform where the booking was originally made.
